#eye touching

So a while back, I had this persistent and oft-returning intrusive thought. It basically went as such:

I'd just be somewhere, where exactly being unimportant, and I'd be standing or sitting up. Then, my hand would come up to my face, and my fingers would go to specific points around my eye, where they'd press in, gradually harder, harder, harder, until my eyeball just popped out of its socket and into my grasp. It'd squish a little in my grip, but I'd be delicate, even as I could feel both sides of the touching. Then, my hand would pull my eye out away from me, at a bit of an angle, whereupon it would become apparent that the back of my eye, where the optic nerve would've been, instead has a long, straight, shiny needle, as long as my index finger and slick with lubricant, which is being eased out of its port in my skull.
