I think you might agree that I’m not the average human who is 69 years of age in the manner of which I do exercise. While I do go to gym where I do a combination of calisthenics and other bodywork movements, I also like to show how much is possible to exercise anywhere, and anytime like where I am now in the decathlon store in Canada Water.
