Do you think Senku gets scared that he's going to forget Byakuyas face?
Like it's pretty obvious his memory is freakishly good if not picture perfect but I think the idea that he's slowly forgetting Byakuyas face hurts in the perfect way and its not even that hes forgetting but he thinks hes forgetting because nothing looks quite right anymore. He can picture his voice and remember his fair but he's slowly forgetting what his eyes look like or his smile, he's forgetting his father and its slowly killing him inside.
It's the small things at first like he doesn't quite remember how much his eyes crinkled when he smiled or how his eyebrows moved when he was surprised but then its the colour of his eyes, and did he have that facial hair there? and he couldve sworn Byakuyas smile was bigger than that.
He isn't forgetting but he thinks he is so much so that he can't remember the version of Byakuya that was with him because its been so long. (He thinks he sees part of him in the villagers, sometimes Chrome will smile and its almost the same smile Byakuya had, or Kaseki will laugh and he stops for a second because its so close to being his dad but its not it never will be he long dead dead before he ever got to see senku again dead before senku could say goodbye dead and his last act of love is the village he left behind people who can help him but it not his dad and it will never be)
I like to think it's a slow building thing that blows up after the they get sent that picture of the everyone in corn city. The realisation hits him that he can't remember what Byakuya looks like anymore. It's leaves distraught because all equations he knows all the formulas techniques, experiment he's recreated, none of it is worth anything when he can't even remember what his dad looks like.

It's literally what the title says: sukugo being gross and domestic, but in the most unhinged way possible. it doesn't really have a plot so much, so I'm trying to determine what that could be so that I can actually finish it because i LOVE this fic and I love their freaky unhinged dynamic, and Geto and Kenjaku are just sharing a body for added shenanigans, and Sukuna thinks Gojo should solve ALL his problems with murder which he wiill not. But here have another snippet:
“Anyway,” Satoru explains later, talking to Suguru on the phone, “Yaga’s making me pay for everything because ‘Sukuna doesn’t have a job, and also he values his life’ apparently.” He rolls his eyes. “Sukuna still insists I should just kill him, but while I may be violent, I’m not a fucking idiot.”
Suguru scoffs. “I’m sorry, how many times has Sukuna killed you?”
Satoru barely hears the question, laughing as the dismantle Sukuna irritatingly sent flying his way dissipates into nothing before reaching him. He sticks his tongue out at his extremely irritable lover, across the room munching on popcorn as he watches bad TV, then turns his attention back to Suguru. “What was that?” Satoru can hear the eyeroll over the line. He magnanimously ignores it. “Whatever; Sukuna wants to talk to Kenjaku, and he’s been doing a fantastic job waiting his turn for once instead of, you know, trying to rip my hand off to get the phone, so can you…?”
Suguru makes a noise that is so unnecessarily offended. “No! I’m not giving my body back to that brain parasite. Fuck that. It’s my body.”
“Suguru—”
“Absolutely not.”
“Just for like five minutes—”
“I said no—,” a sudden pause, and then Suguru clears his throat. “Satoru,” he says, so fakely sweet and annoying and obviously not Suguru anymore that Satoru fake gags very loudly since he can’t punch him and throws the phone at Sukuna’s head. Sukuna catches it, of course.
Hello! I have a silly question: are the reporters in season two all related to each other? Since they all share the last name Montgomery. I know unrelated people can have the same surname, but the implication of a family of reporters is funny as hell.
