I hate that these days I can't even doom scroll or sit and play something as chill as animal crossing on my switch without becoming so exhausted I have to just drag my ass to bed early. Like ugh what can I do?

I’m really tired
i’ve been so trash at being a person irl and online. I usually thrive this time of year but …. mental illness, babes! it does me in!

If I get through this week my brain is going to leak out of my ears.
