Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 1 cup uncooked white rice. 1 can 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Shred the chicken and put it in a bowl. Add the uncooked rice, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Put the mixture in a casserole dish that has been greased. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes! Take off the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the top is golden brown. Allow it to cool a bit before serving. Have fun with your chicken and rice casserole!
