I’m not sure what you would like me to do about this situation. That video is from @masaki_1133, a twitter user, who clearly demonstrates that the cat and the cockatoo have lived together, grown up together, and (most importantly) are not alone together without supervision at any moment. I don’t know if you can read Japanese, but please allow me to source actual quotes from the actual twitter user in an article that dealt with this particular video:

カリンくんとこうめちゃんの普段の様子について、ばたんさんが教えてくれました。(Here we have Batan-san [the owner] speak of Karin-kun [the salmon-crested cockatoo] and Koume-chan [the Bengal cat]’s usual selves:)

こうめもカリンも家に誰かいる時は放し飼いなので、普段からケンカもなく2匹で行動しています。(’Koume and Karin are both let out only when there’s someone in the house; the two of them get along well without fighting.)

So at the very least, we know that they are not out together without someone keeping an eye on them at every possible moment. This is acceptable conduct for households that keep pets that could injure each other - cats and dogs, for example, or dogs and birds, or any bigger creature-smaller creature/predator-prey combination. I also went through the comments page of that particular video on twitter, as well as scrolling down quite far on their page to look at their other videos, and the indication I get from having the fuller context is still that they are well looked after and used to each other, enough that the risk of the cat killing the bird is very low. Given what I have read and sourced, I am more inclined to believe that this owner knows what he’s doing than that this is an inherently unethical combination of pets that can only end in tears.
