idk if this is coming knowledge, but I never thought of it until now- the final clip of Marble Hornets takes place at a crossroad. There are two directions Tim can go. It cuts to black and the "everything is fine" screen before we see which way he turns.
It might not be intentional but I can't help to see it as somewhat metaphorical, or whatever the word is. Like, he has two options, and he has to commit to one. We don't get to know where he's going (what the options are) or which way he goes. There are lots of things the options could be but he has to make a choice. I don't know if I'm explaining this very well but I am going insane about it. Especially because we don't get to know which way he goes. We don't get to know what choice he picks. We don't get to know what happens to him. We only know he had to make a decision. Do you see my vision
