The customers concern was that the shifter cables are rubbing against the drive shaft. After figuring out that the heat shield that go between the shifter cables and drive shaft was missing, I needed to figure out an inexpensive way to secure. The customer gave me the okay to drill holes to secure it, but I cannot justify doing so. The solution was that I 3d printed some mounts for a zip tie to support the cables.
