If you cannot help, without allowing someone to make their own decisions— you really CANNOT help. #freewill must be honored— yes, even if they make the “wrong” #choice , even if someone gets “hurt”— when you #love or #care for someone experiencing hurt, disappointment— that’s part of the risk. But, if we do not allow or #empower one another to make our own decisions— we are asking for #control we aren’t meant to have. We are asking for #consequences that do not belong to us. I can't accept the status, the post that my family members posted on their social media. I know that I still in denial. I have not do enough for him. Some people have heard me crying, some have saw me in tears, some can say they understand what I've been going through but what they can't see was how all the negative emotion enveloping my whole body, and tears, crying was and is not enough to contain whatever shit that still inside. 😞 Any mention of him can make me watery, that's why it's easier for me to answer their questions so freely. So that my heart and my hurt aren't shown to public. It's not shameful to cry but it's tiring to feel this way. I'm tired, exhausted, pitiful and I want this to end.

Sticking around an unhealthy dating environment is like when you start watching a show on Netflix and it's horrible but the more you watch the more it seems ok. Then next thing you know you're 18 episodes deep and you can't even notice how horrible it is anymore because you're so emotionally involved.
