After the events of the game, Elaria and Astarion went into the underdark to check the situation with the vampire spawn. They found Astarion's siblings and several other spawn. From then on, they began to form a huge group of vampires and Astarion became the leader of them. At first, Elaria didn't feel very safe among the vampires, but Astarion threatened that if anyone touched her, their fate would be grim. Astarion's group began hunting bandits, monsters and murderers in Underdark and around the cities and they began to be seen as silent heroes. Unfortunately, they also had to hunt vampires who couldn't adapt At first, their headquarters was located in the Arcane Tower, but over time, as more vampire spawn began to join them, they created an entire town around the tower. After many years, the city became official and it was named "Gniezno", Astarion became its Lord and his siblings became his close advisors. And when he and Elaria (his unofficial right hand) get married, she became the official Lady of Gniezno.
