I have been on and off the keto-wagon for a month. I definitely have strayed over weekends but managed to stict to and have intermittent fasting on weekdays. That being said, I decided to started the egg fast while continuing with the intermittent fasting. Ever since I tried IF/Keto, I do not eat before 10.00 and have my dinner at the latest 6pm and my body reacts pretty good with the schedule. So, today on Egg Fast day 1: I leave home at 5:30hrs carrying a Bullet Proof Latte (Butter, Cold Brew Coffee, MCT Oil and dash of Almond Milk). This alone usually gives me enough energy for my CrossFit class at 8:30hrs. I just keep on drinking to a liter of water until I break the IF at 10:00hrs with Cheddar Omelette made of 3 eggs + 1 TBSP Butter. At 13:30hrs I fuel up again with 2 boiled eggs + 2 TBSP mayo. I have to eat before I leave work at 14:00hrs otherwise I'll be starving on 2 hours commutes time. Got home at around 16:00hrs or more (depending on the traffic), straight to kitchen to make a Dinner. While doing so, I grabbed a tiny fatbombs from the freezer (made of Cream cheese, blueberry and Ghee). 17:30hrs dinner was Egg Drop in Broth made of 2 eggs, Ghee, Broth, and dash of MCT Oil. After dinner, managed to baked some egg muffins and deviled eggs for tomorrow's lunch. My goals here is not to lose weight, I wish to drop at least 4-6% body fat which has not been showing any progress since I started Keto. My question is, Is it a problem not sticking strictly to the quantity of eggs per day while continuing the intermittent fasting?
