Today was #crosstraining day and I would have loved to bike outside. But it's been raining for 6 days, basically an inch a day since last weekend and it seems to only be picking up. So I headed inside to #lifetimefairfax to do the #edgcycle spin session. It wasn't a hard ride but I must have stepped it up at some point as those are some crazy peak watts. First 5am class in almost a month. I know I’ve been MIA lately. I’ve been super frustrated the last 6 months or so. My body has been freaking out and fighting me. I feel like I’m fighting a losing battle. I’ve started some metabolic training and am loving it so far, but have really been missing weights. I’ve lost so much strength and muscle.
