Iâm starting my weight loss journey after a VERY LONG TIME off the wagon. I donât expect to shed LBS on a dime, especially since Iâve just had a baby (who is celebrating her 3rd monthiversary <3). I have also developed blood clots in my left leg, so exercise for me cannot be as extreme as I may have once done.
Iâd appreciate the encouragement, the support, any suggestions, and questions are welcome (please keep appropriate).
I donât actually know my starting weight (SW) but Iâm going to the doctorâs office tomorrow so I will update this. However, I know that the scale isnât the only unit of measure so Iâll be taking progress pictures as well. I wonât show the first one until my month 1 is done. This is by NO MEANS a fitblr. Its just to keep me accountable. I know that what you put into your body is what you will get out. Iâll try to  post some foodie pictures. Iâm warning you, Iâll probably have a few cheat days in the beginning.

Hi friends. Ive obviously been super inconsistent about posting anything new here, mainly because I lack the motivation and sometimes time to do anything. Starting Again...
So strangely after almost 10 years someone started following me on this blog. And having forgotten all about it I logged back in only to subject myself to some fairly cringe-worthy posts from the past. But as time goes on, I do need to accept that was / is me! So strangely now sitting in hotel quarantine (another story) Iâve been motivated to write again if only to sort out my own thoughts on the last few years at a minimum. And to be honest I can type faster than write and Iâve only got a handful of âfollowersâ so thereâs benefit to that. So... starting again...
