Aiku got his arm around Echo’s shoulders before she wandered off into the crowd, his other hand currently occupied by Tinya’s - they’d insisted on trying to keep together this year at their city’s sort of anniversary festival, and he couldn’t exactly argue with that. Somehow, wandering around on his own trying to find his scattered friends was never quite as fun as it was when they were all together.

… he really was starting to think that they all were leaving him alone on purpose, at times.

“Ku, we have to go get some cotton candy at some point before we leave,” Echo said, her puppy-dog please-can-we gaze at full power when she glanced up at him excitedly. “They have some green colored cotton candy, I need to see if it tastes any different!”

He shrugged, pulling her a little closer. “Yeah, just stay close, okay?

Echo only hummed distractedly - she probably didn’t hear anything. Oh well, he’d just have to keep a closer eye on her than Tinya. At least they knew not to let go. Probably.

Sometimes Tinya was a loose canon with these types of things.

“Hey baby blue, let’s get in line for that ride,” Tinya said with a grin, tugging on his hand in the direction of a surprisingly intense looking ride. Lots of upside down time, it was sure to be a bit of an adrenaline rush.

But Echo seemed to have other plans, as she pulled Aiku in the opposite direction with a squeak. “No way! If we’re gonna do that, we have to start with the smaller rides first and work up to it, you can’t just do it right off the bat!”

“You can’t tell me what to do, and besides, half the rides here look boring.”

Aiku, caught in the middle of the argument, gave a deep sigh and plastered a smile on his face. Yeah, he had to love the chaos of his friend group.

Is it bad to say that I kinda forgot to do this until 2am? Well, I had a busy day today so I have an excuse, so whatever. I really wanna get more out for Aiku and his friend group, cause they’re all chaotic, and I love them.

20. How many hats do they own?

Aldafa - if hoods count she has... Three. Her cloak, a jacket, and a sun hat she recently acquired and only rarely wears when she's gardening

Echo - depends on how many hats her friends have. She has an old floppy beanie of her own but she'll borrow her friend's hats if she just needs something to contain her bedhead

22. What do they dream about most often?

Aldafa - tbh most of her dreams are nightmares 😅 which are usually about losing her father/Akaira, sometimes because of her own hand, sometimes because of someone else's. It gets... A bit crazy sometimes. It usually turns into her disappearing into the forest in the middle of the night to think.

It was no secret, but Echo loved to work with her hands - she found it calming, something to train her focus on when everything else could be a mess. And the fact that she could make things, trinkets and baubles and pieces of jewelry for her friends to carry around was just an added bonus. It made her special, at least that’s how she thought of it.

So she found new, creative ways to work with wire and twine, broken bits of colored glass with the sharp edges filed down to make them less dangerous to wear. Gems and particularly cool looking rocks, shells from the beach - she could work with pretty much anything someone gave her, make things out of items that carried memories.

She was proud of her work, really. If she could, she’d love to make her products cheaper, but with the time and the effort that it took… well, quite a few of her friends had to convince her not to.

Whatever it might cost for others though, for her friends, things were always free. And often unasked for, but she enjoyed seeing them smile when she presented them with something that she made.

“Hey Furia, is this looking okay?” She held up her mess of wires and cording, where she was slowly weaving them together around a broken piece of rainbow fluorite, an incoming gift for Haliah.

The redhead looked up from her book and blinked a couple of times, looking at the work in progress with a blank look. “I’m going to say yes but honestly I have no idea what kinda look you’re going for there, so take that how you may.”

Echo giggled and shrugged. “It’ll look better the further I go with it, I think. It just kinda looks like a tangle right now, doesn’t it?”

“Absolutely. But I’ll trust your judgement in this.”

24. What do they see in an ideal roommate?

Echo - honestly anyone who's alright with being around someone who has 0 physical boundaries when it comes to affection. If you are her roommate You Will Become Her Friend and nothing will stop that. Ideally they'd also be okay with her stealing some clothes from them because half her wardrobe moved out with the last person

Gonna answer this with Akaira, Aldafa, and Echo if that’s okay! (I’ve had some fun talking about my bird baby today, lol) Like last time, answers will be mostly in character unless they just… don’t have much to say about it.3. Name something you can’t live without.

Akaira - “I mean, I really can’t go without my friends. They’ve been too much of a help to me for me to live without them. Even if I lose my old friends, I’m always making more :3″ (And honestly she’s too much of a social butterfly to go completely without friends for long, no matter where she goes)

Aldafa - “…. I can’t live without food. Or water.” Look, she’s not wrong, but honestly she can’t live without some sort of quiet time. Despite being sisters, she’s completely opposite from Akaira. She just doesn’t deal with people well, so if she’s forced to be around them all the time she starts shutting down.

Echo - “Have you EVER tried banana bread?? It’s so good… I don’t think that I could live if I couldn’t have banana bread again T~T”

A = Aftercare (What they're like after sex)

Honestly, Verun is usually the one that kinda tends to her partners after sex. She'll grab stuff to clean up with, get the bed settled for sleep/naptime (or change the sheets, if needed) and maybe get a quick snack from the kitchen if someone's feeling snacky. But after she settles down from all that, she loves cuddling up with her s/o's and quietly talking for a while before drifting off together.

R = Risk (Are they game to experiment, do they take risks, etc.)

Generally, yes! She's up for some experimentation, though with new things she takes a while to decide to figure out if she wants to try it or not. (She's not the kind to rip off the bandaid, so to speak, until she's in the moment)

Honestly, I don't know if she has a favorite position?? Like really as long as her and her partner feels good, she loves it and won't really go for one over another. She just wants to feel good and for her partner to feel good as well 😙
