The weeks are just too short.. its wednesday morning and i failed yesterday. Only five days including weekend, wich is a Problem because my dad will come home and will make me eat.
From a medical point of view i dont have to lose weight so i dont think i get supported in that by my dad- the Problem is.. these medical facts are not how i feel about my body . Im 175cm tall and i have 72kg wich can look good- but just not on me.

πΎIts a Monday morning πΎ
Last week i did ok.. kinda. I had my planed cheating on Tuesday but also an unplaned one on Friday evening (about 8pm ) and the following weekend, i guess i dont have to tell you what i did.πΏ
So here is my plan for tomorrow: ill try to fast until the evening for when my mom comes + when we eat together ill drink lots of tea.πΏ
And on the following weekend ill hold myself back a bit moreπ I also want to post more thoughts here because tumblr motivates me a lotπΏ

Its Monday.. Friday to Sunday i ate A LOOOT and now its time to "clean that up"
I will measure my food and count the calories and ill post everything i eat with amount and calorie content
Due to my parents h ill have planed cheating this week wich will be tomorrow evening and the weekends -but for the weekends i want to try not eating that much and most importantly -> not between the meeals ill have with my dad
