Did anyone else make this connection:
I’m not sure if it was intentional but it’s very interesting given how much eateot is associated with the backrooms
hihi can you do a board based on everywhere at the end of time by the caretaker :-)) you can add whatever you want but i'd prefer things matching the "vibe" of the music or the album cover paintings (mostly surrealism) thankyou!
I actually cannot believe I didn’t think of doing this earlier THIS ALBUM IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PIECES OF ART LIKE EVER

Although Everywhere At the End of Time by The Caretaker is depressing, the music undeniably slaps sometimes. So here are some of the songs I could find as someone who listens to a lot of 1930s music
The songs highlighted in green are the ones I know
A1. It's Just A Burning Memory
Heartaches by Al Bowlly
A2. We Don't Have Many Days
Say It Isn't So by Rudy Vallée
A3. Late Afternoon Drifting
Not actually sure of this one but the chords sound a bit like Dancing in the Moonlight by Rudy Vallée
A4. Childishly Fresh Eyes
Moonlight and Shadows by Russ Morgan and his orchestra
A5. Slightly Bewildered
A6. Things That Are Beautiful and Transient
B1. All That Follows is True
It Looks Like Rain in Cherry Blossom Lane by Carroll Gibbons
B2. An Autumnal Equinox
B3.Quiet Internal Rebellions
B4. The Loves of My Entire Life
B5. Into Each Other's Eyes
B6. My Heart Will Stop in Joy
Room With A View by Russ Morgan and his orchestra
STAGE 2
C2. Misplaced in Time
Lullaby of the Leaves by Henry Hall
C3. What Does it Matter How My Heart Breaks
I think it's just a swung version of Heartaches by Al Bowlly
C4. to D5
STAGE 3
Goodnight, My Beautiful by Russ Morgan and his orchestra
E2. And Heart Breaks
Heartaches by Al Bowlly, near the end of the song, after Al has stopped singing
E4. Libet's All Joyful Camaraderie
Goodnight, My Beautiful by Russ Morgan and his orchestra
E5 - F1
F2. Drifting Time Misplaced
Lullaby of the Leaves - Henry Hall
F3 to F6
F7. Libet Delay
Goodnight, My Beautiful by Russ Morgan and his orchestra
F8 to R1
At this point the music is either indecipherable white noise or various different songs jumbled together
Some of these are songs that are impossible to find but some of them are just ones I don't know. So I will keep looking!!!
i adore Everywhere at the End of Time with my heart and soul but i do kind of wish it hadn’t blown up as much as it did 6 years ago because i’ll be revisiting the track that fucked me up so bad i had to sleep with my parents that night because i couldnt get it out of my head and i’ll scroll down and there’ll be 20 comments like “me when i have to call my boss on a monday morning with my shitty ass connection and listen to archaic hold music for an hour straight” and i’ll be like. Did we listen to the same album

I plan on making a series of these paintings based off of the artwork for each stage of Everywhere at the End of Time.
Here is the original artwork by Ivan Seal, titled Pittor Pickgown in Khatheinstersper
Lewis doodle inspired by “A Loosing Battle Is Raging” by The Caretaker (yk the guy who made a 6 hours long album about dementia)
