(answer: yes, and also more than you'd think), and, "Will our hero, Ben Blumenthal, ever be able to do a convincing impression of a regular, well-adjusted person?" (answer: lmao not even a LITTLE, but, luckily, he learns the valuable lesson that he's better off with people who like him for who he is).
Is this book going to solve any of the world's terrifying ills? YOU BET IT'S NOT. But will it grant you, the reader, a few hours of entertainment, an assortment of laughs, and the warm, fuzzy feeling that comes with seeing love blossom between two total messes who are perfect for each other?
