PLOT PREDICTIONS:

WE WON'T have the same Future Foundation cast, NUH UH, no Byakuya, Kyoko, maybe even Naegi-- WHAT IF THIS WAS AN ENTIRELY ALTERNATE UNIVERSE where a different set of THH members survived?

on that note, flip, man, we might as well have an alternate mastermind! NO JUNKO! (cough. id love mastermind kiyotaka) That would imply that in this AU, Junko could be an actual normal student, MAYBE EVEN... A survivor?

Ok, for a tamer prediction, I don't think they'll be using the same island either! You know how there's that one art piece of Hajime and Nagito looking at a boat? I personally think that the cast is going to be riding that boat to escape, but instead, land on different locations where the different murders will take place.

Will Spike break tradition and make a double murder take place on any other chapter besides chapter 3? I'd love to see that. Heck. Give me chapter 1 double murder and break my heart!

CHARACTER PREDICTIONS:

PEKO. INSANITY. ARC.... I think we all agree Fuyuhiko is dead meat. Well, if so, I'd love to see Peko get a character arc where she either becomes depressed or yearns for revenge!

Hear me out. Imagine they take the ISHIMONDO ROUTE for Kazuichi and Gundham. I'll leave the rest to imagination.

Nagito freaking survives SOB HAHA... he's just that lucky, guys. (half joking with this prediction, as im also riding the boat of chapter 1 victim nagito)

I'M PERSONALLY REAAALLY WANTING to see VICTIM HAJIME! Be it chapter 1 or in the middle. After that, give the spotlight to either Nagito, Chiaki, or The Ultimate Imposter.

Can you imagine Ultimate Imposter switching between cosplays between chapters? I love Byakuya Twogami, but I also have my curiosity for how other THH imposter recreations could go.

Sonia's backstory in military makes her the most obvious bait for being the blackened in dr2x2... so while idk if she's a survivor or victim, a blackened would be too obvious. That doesn't mean I don't want blackened Sonia though!

JUNKO PARTICIPATES IN THE KILLING GAME FOR FUN! Hear me out, she eliminates Chiaki 😭 and then takes the "chaotic lawful deuteragonist" role until the final reveal. (Why does she slime Chiaki specifically? Because Chiaki is part of future foundation, me thinks

In Danganronpa 1 & 2, when you're exploring in the protagonist's point of view, the camera would always stay in place even when attempting to move it up or down. I think this is designed to be more like how first-person dungeon crawling RPGs are played.

Danganronpa V3 introduced an option to move the camera freely in the style of a first-person shooter. This made it more convenient to look at your surroundings while still moving.

I know they probably aren't gonna do this but I want Hajime to kill someone so bad I think it'd be really cool to play as one of the killers

Like in v3 kaede gets executed but she didn't ACTUALLY kill anyone and it was an accident I think it'd be cool for him to like consciously make the decision and plan it and to play through it (cause like he already got really close in sdr2. Chiaki stopped him twice)

If he does die I want Nagito to get custody of the player, I keep seeing people say mahiru would be the new protag but like I have so so many reasons why he'd fit better idk why she's the first choice icl. Chiaki would also be cool but that's more complicated I think

Oh and! I want Sonia to kill someone. Preferably not souda* but like she's the ruler of a kingdom full of warriors I want her to be more desperate to get back and just a little more "I have so much responsibility I must protect my people"

*(cause like I think if she kills him it'll make it look like him being creepy actually bothers her and then his creepiness will be 10x stronger yk?? Like to her he's annoying at worst and her ignoring him is a running joke. I think "man bothers woman and she completely blanks him every time" is less severe and much funnier than "man bothers woman until she kills him because she sees no escape" like that'd be bleak and too realistic I think.)

I think that's it for plot points. The motives are gonna be different so I can't really plan.? Idk

I think in the original dr2 all the relationships are a little flat? And like there are very distinct pairs. So it'd be nice if the whole group dynamics were fleshed out a little more

Since there were a lot of twists in the original and like obviously the people playing the game are gonna be the ones who already know it all, this time I'd like them to like give us some build up. Like give us more peko and fuyuhiko we already know they know eachother.

Give us a little more backstory on izuru kamakura, tell us more about chiaki bring the traitor (these two would be hard to reveal though cause none of the characters can know)
