There's a built-in movable table attached to the hospital bed to act as a desk since it's basically his second office at this point given how his hospital stay-ins overlap with his work. He doesn't work alot while he's hospitalized though, since the medical personnel always insists on him getting proper rest rather than doing work.

Due to an incident Dr Gerald is custard with bad luck but the catch is, that he can never die from his injuries so no matter how incity gets no matter how much pain is in you always heals up in the end the sounds good but it keeps happening to him. Because of this people tries to avoid him to make sure they don't get cast in his bad luck far from people who are mean to it like dizzy and other anomalies sometimes it makes doctors feel lonely but he learns to live with it. And Dizzy and her friends tried to sometimes cheer him up because he's one of the nicest doctors in the foundation. Yes it is forbidden to drive in the foundation because they always classes the car and if anyone's with him when he drives usually they end up dead and I mean anything that is considered a vehicle, apart from walking and running. This is incident where he drives a go-kart and crashes it as usual but luckily this time he doesn't end up that injured this time. Until Dr bright punches him for using his go-karts.
