SCP Foundation Headcanons!!! Part 15

MTF agents often get called nicknames based on the codename of their unit like "Ponyboy/Ponygirl" for Pony Express, "Bunny" or "Bun" for White Rabbits, "Stag" for Green Stags, "Hatter" for Maz Hatters, "Mole rat" or just "Rat" for Mole Rats, "Village Idiot" or just "idiot" for Village Idiots and so on and so forth.

Whether or not these names are used as a form of endearment or just an insult depends on the situation and the way that it's used:)

Idk if I've already mentioned this before but when I read "Psychological evaluations by Dr. Glass" for the first time I actually kinda liked the concept of Agent Diogenes x Dr. Glass.

Mainly because of the potential interesting dynamic of a patient that lies to the public for a living and their kind and friendly therapist that's actually secretly a weird creep. Even if the relationship was a one-sided thing, I'd still be down for it cuz yeah tbh I would understand why their relationship would end up like that.

But during the time when I looked for more content of both of their characters and their ship to learn more about them I was met with an absolute nothing burger.

There is absolutely NOTHING in Agent Diogenes' character other than the 113 incident, them being incompetent when it comes to caretaking and the fact that Glass likes them and that's literally it.

I wish that I could make a rewrite of Dio JUST to pull this dynamic up but it's literally close to impossible to do that given that there's literally almost NOTHING to go off of when it comes to Dio's character.

There could've been a really interesting relationship dynamic here man.

SCP Headcanons 3#

Because of Dr. Iceberg's body temperature, it's pretty obvious that his bones and muscles are gonna be stiff as hell, which makes it a little hard to move most of the time.

In extension to this headcanon:

The less heat Dr. Iceberg is exposed to, the more cold his body gets, and the more cold his body gets, the more stiff his movements become due to the ice on his bones, joints and muscles, which is why he always carries a lot of heat packs and a thermal jacket.

Medical personnel have tried to suggest him to use mobility aids, multiple times in fact, but his own ego doesn't want him to do it because to him disabled people are considered "weak and vulnerable" and his own peers and superiors viewing him as that is absolutely the last thing that he wants.

The only reason why he tolerates the heat packs and thermal jackets as an aid is because unlike aids such as canes it makes it less obvious that he's disabled, and plus, the jackets makes himself seem bigger than he actually is.

SCP Foundation personnel do get paid a lot for their work actually. The only problem is that they keep spending those tons of money on random shit like Dr. Kondraki buying things for his photography hobby, Dr. Glass buying MORE plants for his collection of plants he calls his "green family"(his on-site apartment is basically a garden at this point), and etc. etc...
