I’m glad you asked!!!! “DeD” is the acronym for the SCP Foundation’s one and only Decommissioning Department! Any anomalies too difficult or costly to contain get written a Decommissioning proposal, and if the folk at the DeD approve of it, the anomaly gets decommissioned/terminated/killed/put down lol.

The DeD was founded and is currently ran by Director Calvin Bold with help of Deputy Director Weiss. They also have their own liaison, Miss Fish, who runs from facility to facility doing interviews with research teams and gathering necessary documentation on anomalies that are up for decommissioning :-)

ahdjhkfd one of the pieces I was most excited to draw cause I've been following both coldeeye and wishingly_mesh for a while and I really love their little creatures. I deadass locked in on this and experimented a lot of things. It was so fun making this piece i could ramble about the process.🥺🥺
