La costumbre es usar espantapájaros. Yo no tengo nada que proteger de las aves, así que uso atraepájaros (no se si existe tal cosa): en el fondo de casa tengo unos pájaros falsos tamaño real que alguna vez compró mi padre, los mantengo ahí convencido de que cuando cualquier ave vea esos maniquíes con alas vendrán masivamente. Además dejo siempre un plato con alpiste y/o migas al lado de un tarro con agua que cambio a diario antes de que dé a luz algún dengue. Ellxs vienen, comen, beben, se bañan, cantan mucho y apenas cagan. Si me ven me miran cada vez con menos desconfianza. A veces dicen pío y yo prefiero no discutir. Llaman a familiares y amigxs, mi casa es punto de reunión, me gusta creer que también es parador de migraciones. Corrieron la voz. Las noticias vuelan. De vez en cuando tengo cosas que hacer en el fondo de casa y siempre se repite la misma escena: el emisario más valiente se posa en la zona del muro más lejana a mí, me mira y me grita cosas. Yo se que estoy invadiendo su territorio en mi propiedad, pero que esperen, aprendan a compartir le digo que les diga, que transmita mi mensaje sin discutir. Pero discute. Ayer se puso fastidiosa la cosa. El agua y el alpiste está en una zona techada, yo andaba por ahí y otra vez apareció un bicho con alas a prudencial distancia reprochándome mi inoportuna presencia, que parece ser siempre. Le dije aguantate, un poco de paciencia, cooperación, no puede ser tan urgente. Entonces el muy atrevido voló hasta el techo que tenía encima de mí y desde el otro lado siguió protestando que pío esto que pío aquello y empezó a dar saltitos arriba mio solo separados por el tejado. Pum pum pum pío pío etcétera. Pero qué ansiedad le grité. Paró. Ofendido. Entonces agarré el platito con alpiste y lo puse en la parte más alejada de mí, en la ventana del baño. El gritón no tardó ni dos segundos en aparecer en el muro, me miró con un ojo, luego con el otro, hizo lo mismo con el platito y con actitud civilizada se puso a comer. Le faltaba usar cubiertos al hinchapelotas.

how is no one realising , that yhwach didn't hold back his quincy abilities- he held back his SHINIGAMI abilities.

What Yhwach did was take the quincy powers and IMMITATE shinigami powers. Which is the reason why Ichigos bankai was so baffling.

Because what it is, at its base is a Quincy Vollständig. with the key difference being that instead of absorbing the environment's reishi it pulled from Ichigo's inner reserves and then concentrated and amplified.

So yes- Byakuya was right.

It was a fake bankai, because it only imitated a quincy's take on it.

Which explains why, well there was nothing really for Ichigo to learn, to master about his bankai unlike other shinigami. Because the only thing too master was just the concentrated amount of spiritual pressure.

I know non manga readers won't know this as this was cut I believe from the anime because of screen time. But the reason Ichigo survived his fight with Kenpachi- aside Kenpachi basically limiting himself, is because of ブルート・ヴェーネ aka blut vene.

Ichigo was stabbed in the chest, bleeding out. When he reached out, when 'Old man Zangetsu' communicated with him, telling him they needed to work together- 'old man Zangetsu' made the decision to activate blut vene to stop the bleeding.

Because as he stated the only thing he cared about was saving and protecting Ichigo.

He only let Zangetsu , Shiro, teach Ichigo the bare minimum. Hell the fact Ichigo goes through the series into the TYBW Arc with only a Getsuga Tenshou and his amplifying hollow powers.

And for once it's not the bloody shounen disease nope.

It's a bloody stylistic plot related choice made by Kubo.

Like seriously they give money like no tomorrow to crappy projects but not this?? Looks very suspicious to me 😕

Suspicious, why? Kapodistrias is a unanimously appreciated historical figure in Greece. (Unless you mean West European / NATO resistance... which would be wild to consider....Hold on. If that was the case, it would be... scary.)

It is strange though, Smaragdis was making similar projects (inspired by historical figures) the previous years without budget problems. Maybe producers have lost their faith in Smaragdis or historical movies in general?

Smaragdis keeps making very mediocre superficial or unfocused and uneven biopics unworthy of the people whose story he's trying to tell. Think about it, El Greco, Cavafy, Kazantzakis, Ioannis Varvakis. All great men with great stories, all mediocre if not bad movies. Arguably Kapodistrias is even more important than these four, so I am not exactly holding my breath for the budget to be found. I've also seen the actor cast for the role of Kapodistrias and despite some little physical resemblance... I am not feeling it at all. HE'S not feeling it at all. And if the production is halted several times due to lack of budget, this movie is going to be really uneven. Not to spoil the party again but this movie is 99% going to be a hot potato, you'll see.

I honestly would prefer a movie about Kapodistrias to not be done at all until someone has the skill, vision, budget and depth to do it right. Especially when you intend to release it internationally. Kapodistrias does not deserve an international hot potato.

Sin embargo, entendía a aquella persona que lo había hecho, ahora reconozco que tomo la mejor decisión. Ahora estaba en ese punto, primero soy yo y mi paz.
