I’m starting a gratitude diary, because having cancer, and then having a stroke last year has made my health anxiety insanely horrible and I don’t want to be scared anymore, at least not all the time and every single day for the rest of my life, so, here are some things I am grateful for and I’m proud of myself for.
• I have the most amazing care team
• I finally walked a mile since my stroke
• My dog has been my absolute best friend this entire journey
• I’m starting to eat more
• I’m proud of how many times I’ve gotten through hard and scary things
• I did thirty minutes of physical activity a few days ago, and I’m going to keep trying to do that
• My cousin has been one of my biggest supporters and best friend and I love her very much
• I’m still happy I’m happy and think life is beautiful despite
