Plot:

The Digital World. It's a world that's right beside ours, actually, and filled with digital monsters of all shapes and sizes. Unfortunately, this beautiful world has been plunged into darkness by evil, and the Digital World has called out to ours by selecting the Digidestined; children who can save the world.

Lydia's hand threads through Scott's, her fingers digging into his palm as they stare down the one who plagued them the moment they entered this world, and she would never know how he managed to follow her and Scott, but he had, and the mere sight of him made her legs weak.

Scott could feel it, though, and Lydia gasps at the warmth that flows through her, filling her with a courage so unfamiliar yet familiar, because she's felt Scott's courage filling her before and tears spring to her eyes as Lilymon and MachGaogamon begin to merge--and is that apprehension in Peter's eyes, a dawning fear that maybe, just maybe, he might lose?

"He will," Scott says and Lydia hears it in her head a second before Scott says it as their heartbeat slows and matches each other and there is no more distance between them because before them is Lotusmon, speaking in the combined voices of their Digimon, advancing with all of its loosed power.
