I am so tired of this world acting like therians are the only alterhumans in existence. Otherkin, fictionkin, otherlink, copinglink, otherhearted, fictionhearted, etc. are also real and valid! Therians are awesome of course, but they aren't the only ones that exist. I, myself, am copinglink and otherpaw. As a community, we need to stop the theriocentrism (idk if that's a real word but I think it fits).

Some people in the alterhuman community need to stop invalidating otherlinks/copinglinks/funlinks etc. The amount of times Ive been told "you're not actually your linktype" or "otherlinks can't ___" is insane. I am actually my linktype, even if it was formed voluntarily. We are just as valid as the rest of you, and it hurts that a lot of people don't know about us.
Remember, everyones experiences are different, you're still valid.
Critters, beasts, concepts and alterhumans of all kinds- I came up with an idea.

The alterhuman biodiversity report
Since the haters say that we all are either wolf or fox therians, Iโm going to make a list of all the species (and not only) I encounter in the community. Iโm going to pin this post and update it every time I meet someone with a new/different identity.
Also, you can DM me, send me asks, repost or comment if you want your identity to be added. Iโll try to include everyone but itโs probably going to take me some time, so if I donโt add you right away, donโt worry, itโs just going to take me a bit ;)
IMPORTANT!!
The only requirement to be on the list is to make clear the exact species you are. Thatโs because I want to make the list as full of variety as possible. For instance, if you tell me that youโre a parrot therian, I wonโt add you unless you tell me the exact species (ex. Hyacinth Macaw).
At the bottom Iโll tag those who I included in this list (cannot tag more than 50 ppl but Iโll still tag those included symbolically). I wonโt do it if the user is not ok with it, of course. Iโll try to be careful and look at your blog before tagging you, but if I accidentally tag you/add you on the list without your will then DM me so Iโll remove you).
