Day 15th
Alright, we are Sunday and the last day of week 2. I am going to get my week goals that I wrote last Sunday and I will add a DONE only to the goals I achieved:
Plan all my meals the day before DONE
Don’t eat after 9pm DONE
Use rice, vegetables and lean meat as base DONE
Drink 1,5L of water per day
Don’t snack between meals DONE
Have only 1 glas of diet coke per day DONE
No unhealthy sugar and oil DONE
Have 1 cheatmeal
No binge! Even for one meal!
30 minutes stationay bike everyday Monday to Friday
See a physical change by the end of the week! DONE
Conclusion: out of the 11 rules I had this week, I followed 7! It is a good number, but I have to keep going. Today I ate salad for lunch and dinner, but I snacked very bad chocolate in between meals, which is very bad and totally not on the rules I have. I have to find myself a motivation for Week 3. Because I am tired, I feel weak, I feel like I don't want to go on with the diet but I don't want to give up and see all my efforts from two weeks gone again! I have no energy to workout. I don't even want to. But at the same time I am so done not liking my own body everytime I have to dress. I am not at my body goal yet. What am I gonna do...
