#calorie intake

What an odd question from Jughead.

Not gonna lieeee I’ve been a little on the unmotivated side today. I did do my morning routine and got ready I even did my makeup today which I haven’t done in a fat ass minute. Didn’t make dinner but my dad got jack in the box and I’m honestly pretty proud of myself because instead of getting a burger and fries like I’d usually get I got a chicken teriyaki bowl and an egg roll with a small sprite and I did get a cheesecake but I decided I’ll eat that later because if I ate it now I would’ve gone over my calorie intake and I’m trying really hard not to do that. So far I’ve been in limit today which I’m proud of myself for. I went to micheals today too and got some markers and a wooden box I’m gonna use as a stash box for my marriage iguana because I need somewhere to put my joints :^) and then I got a few things to put plants in so I can expand my little garden. I’ll post them when I’m all done!! Today’s been good I had a therapy session earlier which was good it was nice to vent and talk to my therapist definitely was well needed. I’m happy to say my mental health has been a lot better than it’s been in years and I’m extremely thankful for that. So I’ve had more positive things to report to her which I like haha.
