Ah, I am really sorry that hiatus has been so long. I'll only be publishing that when I have the middle section fully written in advance (the last third of it was already written when I put it on pause), but as to when that will be, I'm really not sure.
My brain tends to hyperfocus on one thing, which is why I'm not able to write in more than one fandom at once. Or necessarily even choose my fandom, my ADHD brain decides for me 🙃
For weird reason the scene from 4x16 of Archies, Veronica and Betty carrying Jughead out of the woods all bloody felt oddly familiar, like I saw it before ... then I remembered, it reminds me of a scene from your DDF, the scene where Betty ends up Turing Jughead into a vampire. (I just I am off to read it again, if you get notification of kedos that's me, cause I have a new account 😆😊)

I think you and I might be the only ones truly fond of that fic but I’ll take it! I am an idiot and broke that scene up into multiple parts but for the confused, here’s the very start:
If fate can start, it means it can end
“No,” Betty said, pushing Jughead’s hair off of his face, trying to keep the blood out of his eyes. “No, not now, I can’t-”
“Hey!” Archie yelled from behind her, confused and trying to pull her away from Jughead. “We need to call an ambulance, stop trying to move him!”
Pulling herself out of Archie’s reach, she tightened her grip on Jughead. “Don’t touch me!”
“Betty,”Jughead whispered, reaching for her face with bloodied fingers, “you and me always, right?”
I will accept and delight in your kudos! Listen, this just proves that bughead authors have been writing Betty and Jughead being unable to live without the other for years while we watched them on screen.
