I’ll never forget once when I was showing a friend my elaborate environmental doll display I built on a shelf in my room and he asked “is this the control you don’t get at work?”. I didn’t like that he saw into my heart so clearly. I genuinely did make it because I’ll never get to build a display like it at work.
