My favourite colour is Black so this got me thinking why can’t everything be in black and white. So thought of this Brand that everything in this brand will be Monochromatic in Every shade of black and White.

Gentle, Calm, Positive, Peace this represents my Personality! I have a caring nature and dove symbolise and stands for this I think.

And being invisible also have ability to go anywhere and without taking permission from anyone.

During my externship at Gannett Fleming, I got to know Rodolfo and Julia, two of my BACBuddies. Even though I had never met them before, I think they were really knowledgeable and kind. We had productive discussions regarding the responsibilities at hand, focusing on open communication and encouraging one another. Collaborating with others improved my professional growth and developed a positive team environment, making my externship a valuable learning experience.

The readings about sponsorship and mentoring caught my attention. I commit to actively look out a mentor or sponsor from my professional connection or field who can offer advice and support. I think that having a mentor or sponsor will help me advance professionally since I understand how important mentoring is to my career development. I'm willing to start  develop a connection, and gain knowledge from the experiences of others with insightful and helpful advice.
