And that’s all, Copenhagen! I was so excited to play badminton here since it’s actually considered a national sport, but alas. Riding to 8 gyms in 3 hours, 5 of them being closed for the season, 1 where people were already leaving, 1 gym where there were already 4 people playing and the last gym when I asked if I could join and play with them, they said no. Let’s just say, I was pretty disappointed and this left a bitter taste in my mouth. I can’t believe they wouldn’t let me play with them. So mean. I guess not everyone will be welcoming me or happy that I’ve come to their country, but it still stings a bit.
