So I’m chilling in the bath reading for class and I get this feeling I’m being watching. I look around and none of the animals are within eyeshot. So I go back to my text book. Then all of the sudden I see a FUCKING GIANT ASS MAN duck into our bedroom. Like he’s so tall he has to duck to fit through the frame. It wasn’t the corner of my eye but like I wasn’t focusing on that area, but it was within my field of vision. Idk if that makes sense. I freeze and am about to freak out when I notice that Wylee (our dog) is standing between his legs. I make eye contact with the man again then Wylee and the man disappears. IS YOUR FUCKING DOG A FAMILIAR AND THAT WAS HIS DEMON FORM?!

He was solid dude. I can tell you what the fuck he was wearing and shit. That was no fucking shadow.

Like I’ve seen shadow people and ghost things like when I thought I saw you come out of the bathroom that one time but I have never seen anything like this

Was he malevolent?

Not really. Like when I made eye contact the first time it froze and then the second time before I made eye contact with bubba it was almost like “shit you can see me fuck fuck fuck” and the bubba was like “what? Oh.” Like almost like if he could shape shift or some shit or it was his spirit or something. Idk. It almost felt familiar. Like I wasn’t freaked for someone being there but more of like “I’m excuse me, I’m naked.” Kinda feeling. Idk.

I had always adored that quote from the moment I first read it. From my interpretation, Nietzsche makes a number of points that I find fascinating: firstly, that ‘fighting with monsters’ can be compared to the analogy of battling ones demons, ones fears. Let’s take for example the seven deadly sins metaphorically, to devote so much time to avoid all the sins, that avoidance stemming from the fear of embodying the sins; that very desperation to avoid it may as well be a fatal flaw on its own. Think about it, battling too long against your demons will turn you into one, perhaps not an exact replica, but one of its own classification. The second point is derived from the second part of the quote, I like to compare it to the idea of studying the occult and demonology/demonolatry in general. It is not meant to say that studying these taboo subjects will get you injured (though, that is not impossible), it is meant to say that by choosing to research and even dip your feet at a handful of subjects that are typically taken as mysterious, unexplainable, magick... You, by consenting to learn about it, are consenting whatever is on the other side (whether you choose to believe in its existence or not) to learn of you. Devoting energy into them (define ‘them’ as you see fit.) opens up a channel for them to devote energy towards you as well. With those conclusions, I like using this quote to move to the idea of how well this fits with the practice of demonolatry in general. 

A deeper analysis of the abyssal and demonic current, however, is better saved for future posts. This is an introduction so that you may better understand who I am as a person and practitioner of the occult/left hand currents. 

Hello! You can just call me Kirellia. Perhaps one day, if I can fulfill my own dreams to publish my own discoveries on my path, I’ll go by a different name. I previously went by the name Stonks (you’re still welcome to call me that if you prefer!), I do feel like that would throw a good amount of people off if I used that name in a serious light though. That’s not to say that my posts won’t be serious. Surely, as a Gen Z’er, I love to joke, humor seems to be my greatest coping mechanism lol, but I am passionate about the subjects I would like to discuss, so I hope you can stick around for that! 

To be honest, I have no pronoun preferences, though I often go by she/they these days. As a mundane person, I enjoy music and the arts, as well as gaming/anime. I also love to play sudoku. 

As a practitioner, I practice left hand path demonolatry! Meaning I work with and alongside demons for most of my craft, though on occasions you may catch me including angels and deities within my craft. I’m by definition, a theistic luciferian, though I have yet to initiate properly.
