Thornwhip
I love finally getting to create a solid design for my HTTYD species called Demon Eaters. They earned their names from old tales of dragons who ate demons to gain their powers. They're known to petrify anyone just by looking at them. Next I'll be working on what her saddle would look like and a size comparison. I love how she turned out.

I finally have a concrete character design for Lailah (please ignore the pose, it was the only one that didn't make her arms glitch through each other)
Despite her terrifying appearance, she's actually really friendly, as long as you don't harm her son (and if you're not evil)
Only thing I couldn't add was tarantula fur and multiple eyes, bc HeroForge doesn't do that for some reason, otherwise she'd have a proper spidery set of eyes and look a bit more floofy
She's about 7 feet tall, drinks the blood of demons out of their severed skulls and since Abis Mal is the only person tethering her to the mortal world, she's dead set on protecting him (something she feels she failed to do during her human life)
Eventually, once her mission is fulfilled, her body will turn into stardust and become part of the constellation Arachne, but until then, Lailah would do anything for her 'little diamond' (his original name, Almas, means diamond in Arabic)

Fluffy boy Merlow collecting them herbs. He’s the son of a witch cursed to become an eater-of monsters, the more monsters he eats the more monsterous he himself becomes. If he doesn’t eat then he uses up the energy over time and become smoll once more. He is relatively smoll here, non-humanoid but still only human sized.
