Important (TW: Trauma and Spirituality)

I’m a survivor of long-term emotional/psychological/sexual abuse, as well as munchausen by proxy, and still learning how to exist without being in survival mode. As such, emotional regulation isn’t exactly my strong point and I often experience flashbacks and dissociation. Journaling this when it happens is useful for grounding (as much as I can ground in that state), but i understand that it may be concerning/distressing for some to read. Thank you for understanding and being patient with me.

Also, due to the aforementioned trauma, I’ve recently left the religion I was raised in and after a bit of soul searching, have found my place as a Universalist Unitarian and devotee of Lord Shiva. This is pretty much the only part of my life I can 100% say I’ve made peace with, aside from discovering that I’m trans and otherkin, ofc. Questions are welcome, judgement is not.

The main project that’ll be showcased is The MephistoVerse, a large-scale dark fantasy worldbuilding project, the various instalments of which are all tied together by one character, the chaotically bisexual demon Mephisto DeVille-Morningstar.
