This Rosemary Berry Baked Brie is a delightful and elegant appetizer that combines the creamy goodness of Brie cheese with the aromatic flavors of fresh rosemary and sweet mixed berries. It's the perfect dish for a cozy evening with friends or family.
Ingredients: 1 round of Brie cheese. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves. 1/4 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 2 tablespoons honey. Crackers or bread for serving.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the round of Brie cheese on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap it completely. Sprinkle the fresh rosemary leaves over the Brie cheese, and then top it with the mixed berries. Drizzle honey over the top of the Brie cheese and berries. Wrap the Brie cheese and toppings securely in the aluminum foil. Place the foil-wrapped Brie on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey inside. Carefully remove the foil-wrapped Brie from the grill and let it cool slightly. Serve the Rosemary Berry Baked Brie with crackers or bread for dipping.
