yes! i realize i got the title wrong, here it is:

it's not actual mpreg, and its a very unique and moving fic. highly recommend to everyone who loves wilson as "the mom one"

also if you like the idea of house and wilson as parents, you need to read "my father's son" by the same author, which is the single best and most devastating house fic i've read. it will rip your heart out.

Ahhh, I don’t know much about medical ANYTHING at ALL, LOL.  The first person I can think of that may be able to help out is @jbaillier, who might have a post or know where to direct you for this stuff!! J writes a lot of medical fics and they have a vidcast as well, and my be able to answer yes/no to these. 

BUT I could suggest maybe looking up stuff on the NHS website maybe? AHhhh I dunno!!
