Still thinking about back when we knew absolutely nothing about Death Stranding and one popular theory was that the Bridge Babies were clones of Norman Redus meant to act as a sort of respawn system where if Norman aged to dust the same process would age the Funky Fetus to adulthood and continue the mission
That this is just as hinged as your average Kojima plotline is why this theory lasted so long

The fact is deadman is GOOD WHOLESOME and trying his best and that's what matters
I just remembered how Deadman called himself Frankensteins monster and in the book the monster is abandoned by Frankenstein for months to learn the world all by himself (and rationalise why everyone was scared of him)

Where higgs and Cliff and possibly diehardman(i havent finished the game yet) dont die and sam takes them back to the starting city. Cliff still is connected to the tar and bts but Sam is slowly and very much happily building a relationship with him and cliff is LITTERLY 100% the best dad material. Will protec and attac
Higgs after the whole thing he was manipulated comes out ect ect you know sam is like ok let's give this another shot and slowly gets him therapy along with the others (I personally think Ameile possibly had some sort of mind altering abilities as well seeing how much of a pain she turned out to be so far) After a while Sam and Higgs fall in love!! That's all I got so far but I'm excited about this Au as a possibility
