Aardman Founders to Transfer Studio Ownership to Employees
Peter Lord and David Sproxton are transferring ownership of Aardman Animations, of Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run fame, to their staff. A majority of Aardman shares are being transferred to a trust on behalf of the workforce in order to ensure that the studio retains its independence.
