Fiiinally finished this book that I started in January (I haven't been doing so well with nonfiction lately). In "Thinking, Fast and Slow", Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman shares his decades of research into behavioural psychology, including heuristics/cognitive biases and happiness. It's written quite accessibly with a light tone, but you'll need to be able to process several analytical concepts, which is why I only read small segments at a time.
