Dance Tips: Straddle Splits
okay, there are a lot of stretches for straddle splits, including:
1:lay on the ground, and put your feet straight up against a wall, make sure your butt is touching the wall but is still on the ground, and move your legs apart so you in a straddle, like
2: do a straddle on the ground
as far as you can, like the stretches you do in gym class, then go to the left and the right
then go forward as far as you can
3: lay on your side and pull your leg like
4: if you have enough balance, you can do this standing up, but if you dont, stand up and lean against a wall, put your foot (pointed) to your ankle, then to your knee, then to your upper inner thigh, and grab it with your hand and bring it up
5: stand up and slide into a straddle as far as you can go, ( i apologize for the creepy picture, it's the only one i could find)
only keep your body straight up and dont lean forward and hold it for around 1 minute everyday at least
