Dance Tip Of The Day:
You CAN improve your feet without buying expensive equipment.Â
Take a tennis ball and continuously move it from the center of your foot to your toe with some pressure, to warm up your arch.
Thera bands can help strengthen your feet, and exercise them so that they pointe the right way. There are a lot of thera band tutorials on YouTube, that are helpful.
You can also stretch your feet by pushing them to the floor with your hands, and really pay attention to how you pointe them while dancing, and during ballet classes
Just because you weren't born with beautiful arches does not mean that you'll never have them. Really focus on fixing your feet and straightening your legs. Straight legs and great lines will make your feet look better, and can even draw attention away from them. But just like any other part of the body, DO NOT OVERSTRETCH YOUR FEET!

Dance Tips: Straddle Splits
okay, there are a lot of stretches for straddle splits, including:
1:lay on the ground, and put your feet straight up against a wall, make sure your butt is touching the wall but is still on the ground, and move your legs apart so you in a straddle, like
2: Â do a straddle on the ground
 as far as you can, like the stretches you do in gym class, then go to the left and the right
then go forward as far as you can
 repeat
3: lay on your side and pull your leg like
as far as you can
4: if you have enough balance, you can do this standing up, but if you dont, stand up and lean against a wall, put your foot (pointed) to your ankle, then to your knee, then to your upper inner thigh, and grab it with your hand and bring it up
5: stand up and slide into a straddle as far as you can go, ( i apologize for the creepy picture, it's the only one i could find)
only keep your body straight up and dont lean forward and hold it for around 1 minute everyday at least
