Villains Contest 2: Candidate n°23 (Orochimaru)

Presentation:

Orochimaru is a major antagonist from Naruto. He is one of the 3 Sannin (alongside with Jiraiya and Tsunade) and the Hiruzen Sarutobi's pupil. He is also a mad scientist and a missing-nin. He masters the Edo Tensei, summons giant snakes and he can turn himself into a snake.

His villainy's journey:

Orochimaru was an orphan from Konohagakure (hidden Leaf Village). Hiruzen took the young snake boy as his pupil alongside with Jiraiya and Tsunade. During his formation, Orochimaru revealed himself as a prodigy from his own generation (mainly toward Hiruzen). The talentuous Shinobi turned fascinated by the knownledge and the secrets of the Shinobi world. He got the immortality and the mastering of all Shinobi techniques (forbidden ones included) as goals.

His biggest crimes:

To fulfill his goal of immortality and of knowning all the Shinobi secrets, Orochimaru practized illegal experiments on human people (who were his guinea pigs). These experiments were really horrible and cruel that a lot of patients died from theses. He implemented Senju DNA on babies and children (Yamato was the only survivor). He put his cursed mark on a lot of his patients by biting them (Anko, Kimimaro and the Sound Quartet survived to this). The snake man had a big interest on Uchiha clan abilities too. The prodigy turned dark that even Hiruzen (3rd Hokage) finally become suspicious toward the former. That make the old man to choose Minato as the 4th Hokage. When Orochimaru worked with the Root organization (led by Danzô), he recruited a kid Kabuto to make him assist in his future projects. One day, Hiruzen discovered his former pupil's illegal experiments and designated the mad genius as a traitor. His experiments were so terrifying that Orochimaru is feared by the entire world. He fled the Leaf Village and joined the Akatsuki. In parallel, he founded Otogakure (Hidden Sound Village). When he met Itachi Uchiha (the Uchiha massacre perpetrator), he planned to take possession of his body but Itachi was too strong in reason of his Genjutsu, hypnosis and illusion skills. That made the snake man flee the Akatsuki and to prepare revenge against the Uchiha boy.

In the Chûnin Exams arc, Orochimaru killed three Ninjas and stole their faces. He weared one of these victims' faces. In Forbidden Forest, the evil Sannin put a seal on the Naruto's belly (where Kurama was sealed) and put his cursed mark on Sasuke Uchiha (Itachi's young brother). He even invited the Uchiha survivor to join his project to make the boy stronger enough to kill Itachi. But in fact, Orochimaru wanted to take possession of the the Uchiha teen boy in order of developping new Shinobi powers (like the Sharingan). In parallel, Orochimaru made Otogakure (Sound Village) and Sunagakure (Sand Village) into an alliance to attack Konohagakure. He killed the 4th Kazekage (Gaara's father) and usurped his identity. In the last part of the Chûnin Exams, He launched the assault, fought against his former mentor Hiruzen and killed him. He even used the Edo Tensei to summon Hashirama and Tobirama (Senju brothers, 1st and 2nd Hokage). Meanwhile, the dying Hiruzen used the Dead Demon Consuming Seal against Orochimaru to disable the evil Sannin's arms (that let the snake man unable to perform new techniques). After the incident, Orochimaru (with Kabuto's support) went to seek Tsunade for the Sannin woman can heal his arms from necrosis. But Naruto and Jiraiya stood against him. His last plan was to take possession of a patient/volunteer to survive. The snake man sent the Quintet of Sound (led by Kimimaro) to recruit Sasuke and to help the latter to complete his full transformation from the cursed mark. A Leaf shinobi squad (Naruto, Shikamaru, Neji, Shoji, Rock Lee, Kiba, and Akamaru) chased the Quintet but, despite the annihilation of the Sound group, Sasuke managed to join Orochimaru after the Uchiha boy won his duel against Naruto.

During the 3 next years, Orochimaru formed Sasuke. But when the snake man decided to take possession of the Uchiha boy, the pupil was already too powerful. So, Sasuke betrayed and absorbed him. He came back during the duel between Sasuke and Itachi by emerging from the cursed mark. The Mad Sannin can split into multiple part of himself (snakes and seals) to ensure his own surviving. But Itachi defeated the snake man again before dying. In the 4th Shinobi World War, after defeating a Snake Sage Kabuto with the help of a zombie Itachi, Sasuke revived Orochimaru from the Anko's cursed mark. In return, he summons all the 4 Hokages (Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato) to join the war to support the Shinobi Alliance against Obito and a revenant Madara. After the war, Konohagakure forgave him about his past crimes. From now, he led experiments to serve the humanity. He later created two cloned sons (Log and Mizuki).

-Voldemort: "You act as too proud, future dethroned Emperor of Evilness. 😏"

Palpatine turns shocked. 😧

-Dio Brando: "You look interesting, snake man. But how can it be crazy that your enemies amnistied you ?"

-Orochimaru: "The Shinobi World has a debt on me. 😌"

-Doflamingo: "To hear about a Villain who becomes pals with the heroes and managed to be never punished for his own crimes while everyone already knew it in his homeworld. Hyahahah ! That's amazing. 😈"
