Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) es una postura maravillosa. En ella, están activos muchísimos músculos de nuestro cuerpo. Esto se debe a que, continuamente, estamos buscando enraizar y enviar corrientes de energía hacia nuestras piernas y brazos. Si comienzas tu práctica con Downward Dog y al finalizar vuelves a ella, notarás una gran diferencia en cómo se siente tu cuerpo!! Aunque al principio te resulte retante, a medida que profundices en tu práctica, la encontrarás reparadora y relajante.
