the Crimson Song lore has gotten too deep I know what they smell like
I was thinking today about “Huh I wonder why I don’t like any other SBI except for Crimson Song” AND THEN I REALIZED IT’S BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY DON’T LIKE EACH OTHER. THEY LITERALLY VIEW TOMMY AS AN ACTIVE BOMB THREAT.
psst psst lures you over to my incomprehensible lore dump with art
Need… more… CS lore dump… ANYWAYS HALO IS A FALLEN HERO :D
He used to be part of the hero corporations and was colleagues with Phil and stuff but he was like lowkey less corrupt??? Like he left for a lot of reasons but also because they recruited 16 year olds and he was like WOAHHHHH NOOOO THAT IS A CHILD WE ARE FIGHTING DANGEROUS CRIMINALS but Phil was always more focused on keeping the city like crime free than any random child ya know
Also he was a scientist and was trying to develop some sort of virus that gives heroes more power to like keep the city crimeless and maybeee added some behavior modifications and accidentally made a sentient virus hellbent on controlling everything lol oopsÂ
But oh! Science needs experimentation! And so Halo’s team is like hmmm we need a volunteer and who is available but 19 year old rookie hero Techno who’s like REALLY dedicated into becoming better than everyone else
So lots of prototype injections and only a little bit of trauma later Techno is here with red eyes about a hundred different broken prototype voices in his head 60% physically stronger and smarter than the average person and only gets thrown into a bloodlust like twice every three weeks. But in the end, when Halo finds the correct solution, he ends up injecting himself in like a desperate frenzy.
I think I’ve had this in my head for a while (ever since the Killer in the Mirror thumbnails at least), that like the corporation is attacked and bombed/burned and Phil does something that sends Halo over the edge into villainy >:O but I’m not sure yet it can’t be something that wouldn’t discredit Phil as a hero but it has to be something that is personally very offensive to Halo
