wait this is actually really cool-
Fic authors self rec! When you get this, reply with your favorite five fics that you've written, then pass on to at least five other writers. Let’s spread the self-love 💗
Ooooo… alrighty!
How Are We Friends?: This is the work that started it all. I genuinely wouldn’t be where I’m at without writing this one. I’ve improved a lot in my writing since finishing this, but it’ll always have a special place in my heart! (Along with the entire AU as a whole!)
How Are We Still Friends?: This is the sequel to, well— “How Are We Friends?” ofc! It’s currently ongoing and I haven’t finished it yet. But this work definitely adds on to the previous, along with an entirely new plot. All the crack, angst, and love is still there, but with a side of fighting. Lots of fighting this time.
Two Sides of the Same Coin: I don’t really talk about this one a lot (because I haven’t done much with it yet), but it’s basically a roleswap AU with a twist! That twist being that the main characters all retain their canon personalities to a certain extent. I need to give this AU some more attention, because it’s a pretty fun one! (And Piano’s in it too, which is an added bonus! :D)
How to Ship a Robot Master to Russia: My first ever Megalinka fic. There’s supposed to be a sequel to this, but I still need to write it. On a quest for love, Rock basically decides to ship himself all the way to Kalinka’s house in Russia and did not think of the potential consequences that would be involved. I love this rarepair so much, I need to write more of it!
Too Sweet: This is another shipping fic, but for my other favorite pairing, which is Bass and Roll. Bass gets injured from a fight with Rock, and has to stay at Light Labs for a few days while receiving repairs from Roll. It’s only a matter of time before their true feelings for each other start to show…
ALL THAT HYPE FOR A CRATE JUST FOR IT TO BE WHOEVER THAT GUY IS. SO FUCKING STUPID.
You wanna know what time it is?
IT’S PFP CHANGING TIME!!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️
My art has improved so much over the year it’s not even funny. I genuinely feel proud of myself.

I literally just thought of this earlier today, but I kind of now have a headcanon of Heat Man sounding like a broken smoke detector whenever he screams.
Like, it’s just a singular chirp and then he’s just silently screaming.
Something that’s been brought up by a couple of my friends on two separate occasions when it comes to the robot masters and reploids in my AU (or in general, such as headcanons and stuff) are the hobbies they have, specifically art. (I imagine they’d all have different hobbies, if they’re supposed to act and behave like humans. It’d be kind of sad if they didn’t have their own interests-)
The question that was brought up to me was whether or not them creating art was considered generative AI.
I argued no.
Unlike generative AI, I imagine they would actually have to learn the skill and develop it over time, just like a human would. Would they develop it faster? Probably. But they’re not really being fed a prompt, copying images that have been stolen or placed in a large database, and producing something out of it within three seconds. Could they imagine the image? I would think so. But I don’t think they can just spit it out on paper.
Now, here’s a different question: could they be programmed with knowledge on already knowing how to draw? Maybe. I haven’t thought that far ahead when it comes to that. If they can, I still think they would need some practice or at least go through multiple phases of trial and error.
So…
If I were to hypothetically start doing art commissions, would you guys be interested?
To clarify, I’m only going to be drawing doodles in my “little guy” or chibi artstyle. I’m not fully confident with my main style yet, which is why I’m only doing doodles for now. (Not only that, this is going to be my first time doing this sort of thing.)
Some examples I have are down below:
(I’ll have more nicer, neater examples if I make an official, formal post.)
I’m thinking about pricing them between $1-5, maybe one or two dollars for every extra character per drawing. Line art and coloring would be the same price (or alternatively a dollar difference), because I don’t plan on doing any shading. I feel like that would defeat the purpose of the doodles if I did that.
One more thing: My doodles would be more than just fandom oriented ones. I’m interested in drawing characters that are both outside the fandoms I’m in and OCs! But once I get my official post together, I’ll clarify some things.
If you guys have any advice, that would be greatly appreciated! As of right now, I’m going to be doing more research leading up the post. This was more of an interest post to get your attention! :)
