Crowley x Reader

“Are you sure you don’t want to come with us?” Sam asked you, looking over with concern. 

“Just a bad case of the flu.” You reassured them, tossing one of their duffles into Baby. 

Sam and Dean always hated leaving you behind when they went on hunts, but you knew that they would let you sit this one out if you told them that you had the flu. After all, the last thing Dean wanted was someone throwing up in Baby. 

With a wave goodbye and a small smile, Dean and Sam hit the road while you trudged back into the bunker. The only thing that you could think about for days was that your parents were getting a divorce. All you could remember was how in love they were when you were growing up, and now you could only wonder if that love was a lie. Because if that love was a lie, was the love they had for you a lie? You shut the door to your room as your anxiety worsened and your breaths grew shorter and quicker. 

You sunk down to the floor and let your head fall into your hands. The only thing that you could think about was your parents and their divorce. And every time you thought about their divorce you wondered if they loved you, or if that was just a lie too. 

The phone in your pocket had been ringing non-stop for the past five minutes. You ignored it, promising that you would call Sam and Dean back later and tell them you were showering. 

“It’s rude to ignore someone’s calls, you know.” 

Your head snapped up, staring at Crowley sitting in your desk chair unamused. He sighed when he saw you and stood up, walking over and sitting on the floor next to you. 

“What are you doing here?” You asked. Crowley usually popped up outside of your room and knocked quietly on your bedroom door so that Sam and Dean didn’t hear him. But today was different. 

Crowley rolled his eyes and shook his head as if it was obvious. “You didn’t answer my calls and you’ve been acting weird for days. I’m not as dumb as the Winchesters, love. You’ll have to try a little harder to fool me.” He nudged your arm. “Now what’s going on?” 

That was all it took for you to break down and tell Crowley everything. You told him about your parents divorce and how worried you were that they didn’t love you either. When you had finished, Crowley wrapped his arms around you, doing his best to calm you down. 

“That’s ridiculous,” He said, finally. “Y/N, your parents love you more than anything in this world, they always have and they always will. I’m sorry about their divorce, and as much as I wish I could fix it, I can’t. But I can be here for you, Y/N. I’ll always be here for you.” 

Crowley held you in his arms a little longer, distracting you with the latest news from Hell and telling you funny stories about his favorite HellHound, Juliet. He unwrapped his arms and stood up, extending his hand down for you to take. “Come on, Y/N, I’ll take you anywhere in the world if you’ll just smile for me.” 

SUPERNATURAL PREFERENCE

Dean Winchester:  A diner for lunch. He wanted to make it nice and simple because he wanted to appear laid back, but in reality, he was incredibly nervous. You two ate burgers and pie together and had an amazing time.

Sam Winchester: A fancy restaurant for dinner. He picked you up and took you to an expensive restaurant where you two had an amazing time. You laughed and drank together. Then you went for a walk in a park. You held hands and talked about basically everything. It was just like a perfect dream date.

Castiel: You and Cas never went on an official date, because he didn’t quite know how to plan one, but every once and a while he would take you out to grab a bite to eat. A lot of times, it was a simple fast food joint, but you appreciated just being able to spend some quality time with him.

Crowley: A nice dinner seated at a secluded booth. He took you out to a very nice restaurant. You wore a beautiful red dress that he found to be incredibly sexy on you. You sat in the very back of the building and drank a little more than you should have. You made very nice small talk. However, he mostly tried to talk about you, not him, which made you even more interested in a second date.

Lucifer: A walk around a park. Lucifer didn’t like normal dinner dates so you two just walked around a park and talked for the whole afternoon. He held your hand and always made sure you were as close as possible to him. He didn’t know what it was about you, but you already made his world brighter.

Balthazar: A trip to Paris. He didn’t want to see you bored. For your very first date he zapped you two to the top of the Eiffel Tower and bought you a nice dinner. You were completely smitten with him and insisted that he take you to a new city for each upcoming date. He happy agreed to take you all over the world.

Gabriel: A trip around the city. It started off with a nice dinner and walking to the best places around, but eventually ended with you two pranking everyone in sight. He showed you some of the best pranks he’s ever come up with and you even added some new ones to his list. By the end of the night, you both had completely fallen head over heels and were both thinking you could spend the rest of your life with each other.

Chuck Shurley: An average, but nice dinner. He didn’t quite know what he wanted to do, so he just took you to a normal dinner like a normal guy. He was a complete gentlemen. Although, he did come off quite awkward at first. But you found him incredibly cute and couldn’t wait for your second date. He was nervous throughout the whole thing because he thought you were the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen.

Kevin Tran: Laser Tag. Ever since he was forced to read tablets day in and day out, you told him he needed to relax and have more fun. In order to prove to you that he could be a fun guy, you guys went to laser tag and played for hours. It was the most fun you both have had in a long time, which was why you couldn’t wait for your next dates.

John Winchester: He never took you on an official date because he never thought about actually getting too serious with you. But over time, he found himself liking you more and more. For your dates, you two often stayed at home, watched movies, and ordered take out. After his long weeks of hunting, you were both happy just to be with each other in the comfort of your home.

BONUS:

Garth: Movies. He took you to a horror movie because he thought it was the best chance to have an excuse to hold you. However, he ended up being more scared than you were. Nonetheless, you thought he was adorable and he thought you were absolutely perfect.

Benny: Mini Golfing. He picked you up, gave you beautiful flowers and then took you mini golfing. He wanted to make sure you both had a lot of fun and didn’t have to endure awkward first date conversations. You both ended up being very competitive which made the night even better. You two couldn’t go five minutes without crying from laughter. By the end of the date, he had fallen for you and you couldn’t wait to see him again. 

Michael: Movie and a Dinner. He wanted to keep it very traditional and not move too fast so that you knew he was serious about you. It was a very nice night and he was incredibly sweet to you. He was exactly the kind of guy you would want to settle down with.

Dean:

Knights in White Satin- Moody Blues

You were driving in baby when the song came on, and you both started singing along to it. When you turned to look over a Dean, a smile on your face, you saw that he was already looking at you with a smile of his own.  It was in that moment that you realised you loved each other. 

Sam:

Like I’m gonna lose you- Meghan Trainor

You and Sam had been trough a lot together, and since you were both hunters you were always worried that you would lose each other, so when you heard this song on the radio it reminded the two of you of your own relationship. It wasn’t long after you heard the song that Sam downloaded it, and it soon became your song. 

Cas:

Let My Love Open the Door-Pete Townshend

During the first real make out sessions you and Cas this song came on, and it was the perfect song to come on at the moment. Ever since then you had dubbed it your song and after explaining to Cas the tradition of couple songs, Cas was on board as well. 

Crowley:

Dean:

At around 3:00 AM, Dean rose to you clutching onto his shirt. You were asleep, but clearly distressed as your fingers dug tighter into the fabric. He gently roused you, cringing when he sees the tears in your eyes. “I thought I lost you”, you whimpered, burying your face in his chest. “I’m not going anywhere sweetheart”, he promises, caging you safely in his arms.

Sam:

Your frantic “Sam!” quickly caught sleeping Sam’s attention. You were sweating and thrashing in your not so peaceful sleep, calling out your lovers name. He quickly wakes you and opens his arms. Your tears stain his shirt as you mumble out nonsense about his death. He presses soft kisses on your head and whispers “I’m here”, over and over until you relax in his protective touch.

Cas:

Because Cas has no need to sleep, he likes to watch over your dreams instead. When your seemingly calm dream corrupts into a nightmare where Cas lay on with his wings burnt to the ground, he places a hand on your forehead, waking up you. You’re hysterical when you wake as you clutch to his familiar trench coat. He reassures you he’s right here while smoothing over your bed head softly until the daylight comes.

Crowley:

Crowley, much like Cas, didn’t need to sleep and liked to watch over you as you rested. When your once peaceful face morphed into one of discomfort, he shook you awake gently. Once your eyes locked with his, you began to cry and soon wrapped your arms around his neck. “You were dead”, you stutter between sobs. Crowley holds you tightly, whispering “It’s alright, I’m right here” in your ear until your sobs turn into soft snores.

A/N: Crowley and Benny are included in this one. This is my first time writing for Benny, so I hope it’s okay!

Dean:

You notice Dean stir in his sleep about an hour into research. He had fallen fast asleep, for he was just running on fumes, so his random pass out was warranted. Soon after he begins to stir, you notice him clench his eyes tighter and his fists ball together tightly. You gently stir him, cringing when you see his emerald eyes look at you with panic. 

“It’s okay, Dean. I’m here, it was just a dream”, you comfort him, placing soft kisses on his forehead. When he calms down enough, you both head to bed where you wrap your shorter arms around his taller frame. Dean thinks it’s humorous that you’re the big spoon, but he can’t resist how safe it makes him feel.

Sam:

It’s around 3:00 AM when you notice Sam tossing and turning. His face was contorted into a grimace as he tirelessly fidgeted in his sleep. You shook him awake softly and eyed him with worry when he shot his eyes open and took in deep breaths. You rested your head against his racing heart while your hands gently held onto his shaking ones. After you felt his heart rate slow, you motioned for him to lay back down with him facing away from you. You could almost sense his disappointment before your arms made their way around his huge frame. Sure, you weren’t usually the big spoon, but Sam loved the comfort of your body pressed against his. 

Cas:

Normally, Cas wouldn’t sleep. But, when he was human for a brief time, he had to sleep. When he did sleep, it was riddled with hundreds of nightmares. When he awoke one night from an especially bad one, Cas reached over to you hesitantly. When you roused, you noticed the fear in his normally brave blue eyes. You let him relax in your arms as you held him, brushing through his brown locks with your fingers. When he was ready to sleep again, you lay behind him, snaking your arms around his tired figure. With the warmth and comfort your supplied him, Cas fell into a deep, peaceful sleep in a matter of seconds.

Crowley:

Crowley had no need for sleep. Thus, he never had “nightmares”, but instead lived with the guilt of what he had done. One night, you noticed the absence of your boyfriend and got up to find him. When you did locate him, he was on his knees, pulling at his hair as tears leaked out of his eyes. You quickly knelt beside him, shushing him and cradling his head. These episodes occurred fairly often, but your comfort always seemed to calm him down. Eventually, you both made it back into your bed, where you wrapped your arms from behind him. He found peace from your tight embrace and the soft breaths you exhaled as you dozed off again.

Benny:

Because of Benny’s vampire status, he slept during the day. Even though you still slept at night, you would both cuddle for a couple hours while each other were sleeping. You noticed Benny clutch onto you harder as he grimaced in his sleep. You gently coaxed him awake, comfortingly running your hands along his face as he caught his breath. After reassuring him that it was just a dream and you were here, he calmed down enough to sleep again. He allowed you to be a big spoon (which didn’t occur often), basking in the warmth and security being in your arms brought him.
