Oh my god the crows brought their baby to show me today and seemingly are using me as a babysitter because they dropped the little thing off on the power line and are now off doing their own thing out of my line of sight (but nearby certainly) and didn’t even scold me when I put nuts on the fence and talked to the baby because, HELLO baby how could I not say hello for our very first meeting!!! Didn’t notice it was a baby until I was right next to his little pink mouth and blue eyes: I can’t believe it. My dream come true. I think they’re trying to teach the baby to come over here by itself because they notably ignored his cries for the food they had fetched.
