Always And Never The Same

I am once again screaming into the void about fish keeping but if any of you have literally any tips at all to help Moxie, my betta that has popeye on one side only, I will take them. Poor thing. It’s been months (and it hasn’t ruptured which imo speaks to his quality of care) and it seems to be pretty stably swollen. Since he hurt himself, and it doesn’t seem to be bacterial/viral, attempts with Maracyn and Kanaplex have both failed. Treated him with paracleanse after Maracyn, since he appeared to have hole in head, but I think it may just be a part of his deformity as it doesn’t seem to be progressing. Tank is maxed out on kattapa leaves and aquarium salt. Nothing takes down the swelling :( I don’t think I can do anything at all but what I’m already doing, but again. Open to any and all realistic suggestions.
