There's an interesting duality to Set (the deity), as being the one known for murdering and dismembering his brother from jealousy, but also being a protector of Ra.
Set (crocdad) can be seen the same way, inflicting both of those things on Ninraa, as his Guardian, but also his tormentor.
Both of those sides also show up in Ninraa as well, as expected. Chaotic, yet, he does care. Balancing of those two sides, is what would bring out the best in him.
As someone who has also realized the truth behind one's own birth name, the hidden (yet actually literally in the open for all to see hah) aspects behind names really interest me. It's also really freeing, because it helped me let go of any resentment and pain I used to have. Like ah, all of that was just wired into me, fated. It was supposed to happen that way. It's peaceful in a way. Which is funny, because I know for some such truths would break them haha. Ah, but it is what it is regardless.
