These vegan wontons are filled with a flavorful mushroom and tofu mixture, pan-fried to perfection, and served in a spicy red chili oil. They make a delicious and satisfying appetizer or main dish for any vegan food lover.
Ingredients: 1 pack of vegan wonton wrappers. 1 cup of chopped mushrooms. 1/2 cup of chopped tofu. 2 cloves of minced garlic. 1 tsp of minced ginger. 2 tbsp of soy sauce. 1 tsp of sesame oil. 1/4 tsp of white pepper. 1/4 tsp of salt. 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Red chili oil store-bought or homemade. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together chopped mushrooms, tofu, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt. Place a spoonful of the filling onto a wonton wrapper, moisten the edges with water, and fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the wontons for about 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove them with a slotted spoon and set aside. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add cooked wontons and pan-fry until they turn golden and slightly crispy on both sides. Serve the vegan wontons drizzled with red chili oil and garnished with chopped green onions. Enjoy your vegan wonton in red chili oil!

This recipe combines the freshness of ahi tuna sashimi with creamy avocado salsa, stacked between layers of crispy wontons for a delightful texture contrast.
Ingredients: 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna. 1 ripe avocado, diced. 1 small red onion, finely chopped. 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 wonton wrappers. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Slice the ahi tuna into thin sashimi slices and set aside. In a bowl, combine diced avocado, chopped red onion, minced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the avocado salsa. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. To assemble, place a piece of crispy wonton on a serving plate. Top with a slice of ahi tuna, then a spoonful of avocado salsa. Repeat the layers, finishing with a crispy wonton on top. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
